FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do credits work?

Credits are spent when you run audits. You choose which checks to run on each page — automated checks, AI analysis, screen reader, and flow testing — and pay only for what you select. Credit costs are shown before you run each audit.

Do credits expire?

Credits expire 1 year after purchase. Buy them when you need them, use them at your own pace.

What WCAG criteria do you test?

We map audits against all 55 WCAG 2.2 A/AA criteria. Deterministic checks cover rule-based criteria, AI review covers contextual criteria, and any remaining gaps are marked as needing human review instead of being silently skipped.

Can I get a refund?

Credit purchases are non-refundable. If an audit fails due to a system error, we refund the credits to your account balance automatically.

Can I test password-protected pages?

Not yet. Currently Audimay tests publicly accessible pages. Authenticated testing is on our roadmap.
