Neumosys LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates Audimay, a web accessibility auditing platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services at audimay.com.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this to create and manage your account. We do not receive or store your Google password.
When you submit a URL for auditing, our service visits that web page using an automated browser. We capture screenshots, page structure (HTML/DOM), accessibility tree data, and component information solely for the purpose of producing your audit report. We do not access password-protected pages or pages that require authentication unless you explicitly provide credentials for flow testing.
Audit reports, findings, screenshots, and related data are stored in our systems and associated with your account. This data is retained until you delete the audit or your account.
Credit purchases are processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVC, or other payment card details. Stripe handles all payment processing in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We store transaction records (amount, date, credit pack purchased) for billing purposes.
We collect anonymized usage analytics through PostHog to understand how the product is used and to improve it. This includes page views, feature usage, and session data. We do not sell this data to third parties.
Your data is stored on servers in the United States. Screenshots and audit assets are stored in Cloudflare R2. Database records are stored in PostgreSQL. We use encryption in transit (TLS) for all connections and follow industry-standard security practices.
We use the following third-party services to operate Audimay:
When you run an AI-powered audit, screenshots and page structure data from the audited website are sent to a large language model (via Cloudflare AI Gateway) for accessibility evaluation. This data is used solely for generating your audit findings and is not used to train AI models. We do not send your personal account information to AI providers.
Audit data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual audits or projects at any time. If you delete your account, all associated data (audits, projects, screenshots) will be permanently removed within 30 days.
You have the right to:
We use essential cookies for authentication (session management). PostHog may set analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data to third parties.
Audimay is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
